We currently have a vacancy for an Administration & Finance Officer

Job Title:                            Administration and Finance Officer

Location:                            Beaumont Primary School

Grade:                                  Grade 4 (points 8-10, depending on experience)

                                                  £29,763 - £30,630 FTE

Contract:                          Part time (3 days, 2 days would be considered)

                                                  8.30am to 4.30pm, term time only

Start date:                        01.09.2025

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced School Administration and Finance officer. Beaumont Primary School is a one form entry, maintained school. You will be working in a friendly and inclusive environment with a dedicated staff team who all have high expectations in all areas of school life. We provide a caring and stimulating learning environment, enabling all our pupils to thrive, learn and enjoy their time at school.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher.

 We are looking for someone who is:

 We need someone who has:

  • Experience of undertaking a financial role in the education sector.
  • Prior experience of working in school administration.
  • Experience of working in a busy client facing office environment handling a varied in-tray.
